Nicki Minaj Gives Free Concert (Footage)


Back in June Nicki Minaj was set to perform during the Summer Jam concert but after Peter Rosenberg of the Hot 97 morning show made a statement suggesting that the "Starships" rapper was not real hip hop. This caused YMCMB front man Lil Wayne to pull his artists out of the show (read: Link Exchange: Summer Jam Tea). 

To make it up to her fans Minaj held a free concert last night that in New York that included appearances from Foxy Brown, Drake, Lil Wayne and Cam'ron. The original Summer Jam performance was set to include Nas and Lauryn Hill in addition to many others.
